Equipment startup and preliminary inspection

Raw paper installation and angle calibration

The outer layer of paper should enter from above the mold, and the middle layers of raw paper should enter the paper guide rack and glue rack in sequence. By adjusting the tight loops of the paper guide and glue holder, the position of the roll paper is fixed, and the tension of the paper strip is synchronously adjusted to ensure that the paper running trajectory matches the angle of the mold.

Level and safety confirmation

Use a spirit level to check if the equipment is level and avoid angle deviation caused by tilting. Before debugging, it is necessary to connect the grounding wire to prevent the risk of leakage, and check whether the power phase is correct to avoid motor damage.

Key precautions

Prohibit speed regulation during operation: If speed adjustment is required during the debugging process, the spindle must be turned off first and completely stopped before operation, otherwise it may damage the gears or motor.

Installation direction of saw blade: If the kraft paper tube making machine includes cutting function, the saw blade should be installed in the direction of the red arrow on the protective cover. Reverse installation may cause the saw blade to break.

Safety protection: Before debugging, it is necessary to check whether all components of the equipment (such as screws and protective devices) are tightened, and run the vehicle empty for 1-2 minutes to confirm normal operation.

Other related debugging

For specific models (such as paper tube loading and unloading machines), it is necessary to fine tune the mold position through cylinders and manual valves to ensure that the distance between the paper tube and the tension sleeve is within the range of 8-10mm, and adjust the position of the cylinder tail through nuts.
