Raw paper slitting and rewinding: Large width paper is cut by a slitting machine into strips that meet the size requirements, providing suitable width of paper material for subsequent production of paper corner protectors.

Glue application: Place the cut and processed long paper on the paper holder, and pass it through the glue supply rack in sequence. The glue supply rack uses methods such as glue spraying and circulation to evenly apply glue to the surface of the paper for subsequent molding and bonding.

Molding: The glued paper enters the paper angle edge corner protector machine and is molded according to the required specifications and shape. By using a roller mold to press and shape paper with high strength, different shapes such as L-shaped, U-shaped, wrap around, or right angled paper corner protectors can be formed.

Punching and cutting: If producing surround or right angle corner protectors, the punching unit can replace the mold to punch the paper; The cutting unit is to cut the formed corner protector to the required length to obtain a paper corner protector product of the specified length.

Drying: Some edge protector making machines are also equipped with drying equipment, such as hot air circulation, automatic temperature control drying rooms, etc. The extruded industrial paper corner protectors are cut according to the required specifications and sizes and placed in the drying room for drying until the moisture content is below a certain proportion to ensure the quality and performance of the paper corner protectors.
