Operation process of paper cardboard partition assembly machine

1、 Preparation work

Equipment inspection

Check whether the conveyor belt, grid cutter, motor and other components are intact, ensuring no looseness or wear.

Confirm that the lubrication system has sufficient oil and clean up any debris on the paper feeding table.

Tool installation

When installing the grid cutter, pay attention to the cutting direction (clockwise) and check that there are no nails or sand residue on the cutting edge.

2、 Startup and Debugging

Start the automatic partition assembler insert machine

After pressing the electric bell to confirm safety, start the gear motor, suction fan, and ink pump in sequence.

Separate the paper feeding printing section from the slitting and slotting section for easy size adjustment and plate installation.

Calibration parameters

Adjust the limit plate according to the thickness of the cardboard, install the printing plate and lock the machine body.

After trial printing, check the graphics, ink color, and slotting accuracy until they meet the requirements.

3、 Production operation

Place the cardboard on the paper feeding table, activate the pneumatic device, and keep your hands away from the cutting edge.

Monitor the operating status of the corrugated cardboard partition assembler machine and adjust parameters in a timely manner to solve problems such as paper jams or grid offset.

4、 Common fault handling

Paper feeding malfunction: Check for worn or slipping rollers, replace or clean the rollers.
Inaccurate insertion: Correct the position of the pins or replace deformed parts.

Precautions

Wear protective equipment during operation to avoid contact with moving parts.

Regularly clean the remaining paper scraps on the equipment to prevent affecting accuracy.
