Before using the grey hardboard production line, the following checks need to be completed:

1、 Equipment foundation inspection

Mechanical components: Check whether the transmission shaft, chain, and belt are loose or worn, and ensure that all fasteners are tightened.

Lubrication system: Confirm that bearings, gearboxes, and other parts have been filled with lubricating oil (recommended 46 # mechanical oil).

Safety device: Test whether the emergency stop button and protective barrier are effective, and strictly prohibit opening the safety door when the equipment is running.

2、 Production environment and material preparation

Environmental requirements: Ensure good ventilation and dryness in the work area, and no debris is piled up around the industrial cardboard production line.

Material inspection: Confirm that the specifications of the grey board paper (CCNB) meet the requirements (such as 157gsm-350gsm), and that there are no hard objects such as metal or plastic mixed in.

3、 Functional testing

No load operation: After starting the equipment, observe whether the pressure gauge, corrugated roller, paste wheel and other components are operating normally without any abnormal noise.

Parameter calibration: Adjust the gap between the pasting wheel and the corrugated roller to 0.1mm to ensure consistent tightness on both sides.

4、 Security protection

Operators should wear protective equipment such as safety goggles and gloves to avoid direct contact with high-temperature equipment or glue.

The above inspection can ensure production safety and cardboard quality, and reduce the risk of automatic paper hardboard production line failure.
