Cleaning and Maintenance Guide for partition assembler machine

1、 Daily cleaning

External cleaning

Wipe the surface of the carton partition assembler machine body with a soft cloth to avoid corrosive cleaning agents damaging the coating, and focus on cleaning high-frequency contact areas such as the operation panel and pins.

Remove debris around the device to prevent dust from entering and affecting its operation.
Internal cleaning

Regularly clean the paper scraps or foreign objects remaining in the pin slot and cargo passage, using a small brush or vacuum cleaner to assist in cleaning and avoid damaging the sensor.

Check and clean the transmission chain, rollers, and other mechanical components of the grid inserting machine to ensure that there is no dust or wax residue.

2、 Mechanical component maintenance

Lubrication and Inspection

Apply food grade lubricating oil to moving parts such as pins and rollers to reduce friction loss, but the amount should be controlled to avoid contamination.

Regularly check whether the pins are deformed or loose, correct or replace them in a timely manner, and ensure the accuracy of the insertion grid.

Electrical system maintenance

Check whether the power cord and plug are aging to avoid the risk of short circuit; Clean the dust on the surface of the sensor to prevent signal interference.

Calibrate the servo system parameters to ensure the synchronization of motor operation. In case of abnormalities, reset the emergency stop switch or replace the motor.
