Modern automatic 4 ply grey board production lines commonly adopt Industry 4.0 technology, equipped with intelligent control systems that can achieve data monitoring, real-time parameter adjustment, and fault warning functions. Some models adopt modular design, supporting multi slot switching and automated logistics systems, significantly improving scheduling efficiency and reducing energy consumption. For example, the hot melt adhesive system uses a PLC programmable controller, combined with a photoelectric tracking system and a touch screen human-machine interface, to achieve precise control of processes such as paper feeding, gluing, and bonding. ‌

Production process optimization

The maximum speed of the paper hardboard production line can reach 400 meters per minute, using long wire mesh machines or combined production processes to ensure the uniformity of the three-layer structure. For example, three-layer to seven layer cardboard can be efficiently produced, with adhesive consumption reduced to 14.5kg/T and steam consumption of 180kg/t. Some models also support small batch customization needs and can flexibly adapt to different product specifications.

Material quality control

The production line strictly distinguishes the grades of raw materials and uses FSC regulated waste paper to ensure the purity of internal fibers. Although the domestic waste paper classification system is not yet perfect (only single ash/double ash/full ash), the deficiency can be compensated for by importing high-quality waste paper. During production, equipment such as vacuum suction fans and hydraulic pneumatic correction devices are used to control the bonding error within ± 0.5mm, ensuring the accuracy of the finished product. ‌
