Correct usage process of cardboard partition assembler machine

1. Preparation before operation

Equipment inspection: Confirm that the conveyor belt, grid cutter, motor and other components are intact, without looseness or wear.

Personal protection: Operators are required to wear safety helmets and protective goggles, and are prohibited from wearing loose clothing or gloves.

Environmental confirmation: Clean up obstacles around the equipment and ensure that the power switch is turned off.

2. Startup and Debugging

Power on: Connect the power in sequence to preheat the equipment (if involving heating components).

Parameter setting: Adjust the depth of the grid cutter and the speed of the conveyor belt according to the thickness of the cardboard to avoid exceeding the parameter limit.

3. Production operations

Cardboard placement: Align the cardboard with the entrance of the conveyor belt to ensure it is flat and not skewed.

Exception handling: If paper jam or abnormal noise is found during operation, immediately stop the machine and troubleshoot.

4. Shutdown and maintenance

Shutdown process: First stop feeding, wait for the equipment to completely stop before cutting off the power.

Cleaning and maintenance: Remove paper scraps and lubricate moving parts such as gears and chains.

Safety precautions

Prohibited behavior: Do not disassemble components or adjust non safety parameters during operation.

Emergency measures: In case of sudden malfunction, press the emergency stop button and report to the maintenance personnel.

Regular training: Operators need to pass annual safety assessments to maintain their qualifications.
