Ensure the normal operation of the Automatic carton printing die cutting slotting machine

1、 Check before startup

Equipment status check: Confirm that the cutting tools and screws are not loose, the paper feeding table is free of debris, and the lubrication system oil level is sufficient.

Safety confirmation: Check if the electrical system and pressure valve are functioning properly, and drain the compressor condensate.

Parameter preset: Adjust the gap between the paper feeding wheels according to the thickness of the cardboard (usually 70% -80% of the cardboard thickness).

2、 Startup operation process for cardboard printing die cutting slotting machine

Start the device: First press the electric bell warning, then start the gear motor to separate the paper feeding and slotting parts.

Calibration and trial printing: After installing the printing plate, perform a low-speed trial printing of 3-5 sheets to check the clarity of graphics and text, color accuracy, and slotting quality.

Formal production: The cardboard is smoothly fed in, and the operation of the pneumatic device is monitored to avoid getting hands near the cutting edge.

3、 Maintenance and Fault Prevention

Daily cleaning: Remove ink residue after shutdown and check the wear of the printing plate.
Regular maintenance: lubricate the chain and guide rail weekly, and check the hydraulic system pressure (0.8-1.2MPa).

4、 Safety regulations of Automatic flexo printer slotter die cutter machine

It is forbidden to adjust the slotting cutter during operation. In case of emergency, use the STOP key instead of the emergency stop.

Wear protective equipment during operation to ensure that the safety cover is intact.
