Equipment installation inspection

Use a spirit level to ensure that the machine is installed horizontally, fix all screws, and avoid dimensional deviations caused by looseness.

Roller alignment and pressure adjustment

Check the parallelism of the rollers to ensure symmetrical arrangement and avoid material deviation.

Adjust the roller spacing according to the thickness of the paper corner protector (such as 3-8mm), and ensure even pressure to prevent local dents or bulges.

Molding control and cutting accuracy of the Paper edge protector making machine

The forming angle should be strictly controlled within 90 °± 5 °, and the longitudinal curvature should be ≤ 3mm/m.

Use high hardness steel blades for synchronous cutting, with cutting errors controlled within ± 0.5mm (length ≤ 500mm).

Environment and Maintenance

Maintain constant temperature and humidity (23 ± 2 ℃, 50% ± 5% humidity) to reduce paper deformation.

Regularly calibrate the glue coating machine and cutting machine to ensure the synchronization of the rollers.

Online detection and feedback

Real time monitoring of end face flatness and automatic adjustment of parameters through an optical detector.
