1. Gluing system:

Glue selection and mixing: Use glue suitable for equipment and paper, strictly control the ratio and viscosity.

Glue quantity control: Regularly check the gap and uniformity of the glue roller to ensure stable glue quantity and avoid weak adhesion or overflow caused by fluctuations in glue quantity.

2. Tool and mold system:

Sharpness management: Regularly grind the cutting blade to maintain sharpness and prevent burrs or increased equipment load caused by blunt blade.

Gap adjustment: Accurately adjusting the gap between the cutting blade, rolling tube mold, and pressure roller is the key to ensuring the roundness, thickness, and cutting quality of the paper tube.

Cleaning and rust prevention: Apply rust proof oil for protection during shutdown.

3. Transmission and power system:

Lubrication management: Strictly follow the requirements of the sprial paper tube making machine manual, use the correct lubricating oil/grease, and add it on time and in the correct amount. This is the lifeline to reduce wear and prevent overheating and jamming.

Alignment and Balance: Regularly check the alignment of the coupling between the motor, reducer, and spindle, and check the dynamic balance of high-speed rotating components.

4. Electrical and control system:

Environmental control: Keep the electrical control cabinet clean, dry, and ventilated to prevent dust accumulation from causing short circuits or poor heat dissipation.

Parameter backup and protection: Backup PLC and servo drive parameters to prevent loss. Set reasonable overload and overcurrent protection parameters.

Sensor maintenance: Clean position sensors, encoders, etc. to ensure sensitive and reliable signals.

5. Key spare parts inventory: Establish a safety stock of vulnerable parts (such as cutting tools, belts, bearings, seals) to avoid prolonged production downtime due to waiting for spare parts.

6. Operation data recording: Establish automatic paper core making machine operation logs to record daily output, downtime, fault phenomena, and handling methods. Through data analysis, identify fault patterns and weak links, and make targeted improvements.

7. Environmental management: Keep the workshop environment clean, control appropriate temperature and humidity (especially reduce the impact on glue and paper), and ensure a stable foundation without vibration.
