Core production process: Continuous production is carried out using long net machines or advanced equipment, including standardized processes such as pulping, dehydration, drying and compounding. Modern production lines may have the function of interconnection and composite, achieving integrated molding of core paper and surface paper, ensuring uniform and stable three-layer structure.

Key features of the product: The produced grey cardboard has a wide weight range (220-2000g/㎡) and moderate thickness (0.35-9.0mm), but due to limitations in the composition of waste paper, its physical strength may be lower than that of native fiber materials. The product produced by grey hardboard production line has a smooth surface and good stiffness, suitable for packaging, advertising boards and other fields.

Quality control difficulties: Strict control of moisture content (ideal state is 7-8%), moisture uniformity, and interlayer bonding force is required in production to reduce problems such as delamination, warping, or die-cutting deformation. Due to differences in the classification system of waste paper in China, it is often necessary to compensate for the insufficient quality of raw materials through process optimization.

Environmental Protection and Application Adaptation: As a recycled and environmentally friendly material, grey cardboard derived products cover packaging boxes, hardcover books, and more. The Cardboard production line needs to balance energy conservation, consumption reduction, and product stability to meet the application needs of food packaging (requiring surface treatment), electronic products, and other fields.
