Check whether the transmission components such as chains and rollers are deformed, and adjust the tension of the chain to an appropriate level.

Prepare specialized tools (such as level gauges and calibrators) to ensure installation accuracy.

2、 Installation process

Baseline calibration

The longitudinal centerline should be parallel to the transverse reference line, and the transverse centerline should be within the vertical plane.

Use a laser calibrator to ensure that the axial centerlines of the rollers and dryer are parallel and perpendicular.

Install the frame and bearing base according to the drawings, and do not heat the joint surface to avoid deformation.

After fixing, check the expansion gap to ensure sufficient space is reserved at the operating edge.

Transmission system debugging

Adjust the clearance between gears and bearings to ensure concentricity and levelness.
Test run and observe for any abnormal noise to confirm that the motor and reducer are working properly.

3、 Safety and Acceptance

Security protection

Install protective covers and emergency stop switches to ensure that the grey hardboard production line can be stopped in case of emergency.

Operators need to be trained and familiar with control panels and hazardous areas.

Acceptance criteria

Run without load for 30 minutes and check if the parameters (pressure, temperature) are stable.

Check the production notice and test the accuracy of the longitudinal and transverse cutting machines.

4、 Maintenance and recording

Check the chain lubrication daily and tighten the transmission components weekly.

Establish a maintenance ledger to record maintenance time and replacement parts.
