1. Strictly abide by the company’s safety management system, operate according to regulations, and ensure safe production. Alcoholism, shirtless, barefoot, wearing slippers, and bringing children (female employees are strictly prohibited from wearing hair) to work are strictly prohibited.

2. Before starting up, check if the connection structure of each unit is normal. Run the startup power slowly for 2-3 minutes without any abnormalities before starting production.

3. When adjusting the spacing of the formed triangular groove, disconnect the power supply and do it when the equipment is not running.

4. When temporary faults occur during the production process, such as debonding, paper breakage, paper jam, misalignment, and meter sensitivity errors, which need to be eliminated in a timely manner, attention should be paid to each extrusion component to avoid safety accidents, and operation should be avoided as much as possible.

5. Adjust the distance of the triangular cutting blade and pay attention to the cutting edge when troubleshooting during production cutting to avoid scratches.

6. Switching power supplies should be operated with the right hand.

7. Goods must be stored in designated locations and roads must be kept clear.
