Personal protection

Equipment safety

Confirm that the emergency stop button is valid and the protective cover/door lock is intact before starting up. During maintenance or adjustment, power must be cut off, pressure released (for pneumatic equipment), and warning signs must be hung.

Materials Safety

Check if the cardboard contains metal nails or debris to avoid damaging the cutting tools or molds.

2、 Key points for equipment debugging and operation

1. Check before startup

Tool status: Confirm that the grid cutter die is not worn, loose, or chipped, and tighten the screws.

Pneumatic/hydraulic system: The pressure needs to be stable (usually 0.5~0.8MPa), and there should be no leakage in the pipeline.

Guide rail and transmission: lubricate sliding components (such as linear guides and chains), and remove paper scraps and dust.

2. Parameter settings

Grid size: Adjust the mold or programming (CNC model) according to the order, and confirm the first piece measurement.

Pressure regulation: Adjust the stamping pressure according to the thickness of the cardboard (such as B/C corrugated) to avoid crushing or continuous cutting.

Speed matching: synchronized with the production line speed to avoid stacking or pulling cardboard.

3. Operation monitoring

Observe whether the grid insertion position is accurate, whether there are burrs or tears (possibly due to tool passivation or misalignment). Listen to abnormal equipment noise (such as damaged bearings, slipping transmission belts). Regularly clean the waste bin to prevent paper scraps from accumulating and affecting accuracy.
