1、 Core evaluation dimensions

Equipment performance

Production efficiency: Verify whether the equipment reaches the nominal speed (such as 250m/min for 80000 devices) through continuous operation testing.

Energy consumption level: Compare equipment in the same industry to evaluate whether the energy consumption per unit output is reasonable.

Automation level: Check whether the automatic paper feeding, fault detection and other functions are running stably.

Production accuracy

Dimensional error: Use a caliper to measure the side length and thickness of the cardboard, and the error should be controlled within ± 1mm.

Adhesive strength: According to the hand tear test, the cardboard should have no delamination phenomenon.
Flatness: Observe whether the cardboard is warped or transparent, and the depth of the pressure line should meet the standard (such as 12mm for three-layer boards).

Stability

Long term operation: Run continuously for 24 hours, record the number of failures and downtime.
Environmental adaptability: Test the operational stability of the Paper hardboard production line in high temperature and high humidity environments.

Security

Protective device: Check if the emergency stop button, safety light barrier, etc. are complete and effective.

Electrical system: Check whether the insulation resistance and grounding resistance meet the standards through professional instruments.

Operating environment

Noise level: measured using a decibel meter, the noise should be below 85 decibels.

Vibration amplitude: detected by vibration sensors, the vibration amplitude should be controlled within a reasonable range.

2、 Evaluation process

Preliminary inspection

Appearance inspection: Check the equipment for rust and damage.

Data verification: Verify whether the grey hardboard production line nameplate parameters are consistent with the contract requirements.

Performance testing

Idle operation: Test the operational stability of the equipment when unloaded.

Load testing: Use standard cardboard for production, record production efficiency, energy consumption, and other data.

Accuracy testing

Size measurement: Randomly select 10 cardboard sheets and measure the side length and thickness.

Strength testing: Use an edge compression strength tester to test the compressive strength of cardboard.
Stability testing

Continuous operation: Run continuously for 24 hours, record the number of failures and downtime.

Environmental simulation: Simulate high temperature and high humidity environments to test the stability of equipment operation.

Security testing

Protective device inspection: Check whether the emergency stop button, safety light barrier, etc. are complete and effective.

Electrical system testing: Use professional instruments to test whether the insulation resistance and grounding resistance meet the standards.

Attention: It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection every quarter to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment. Detailed recording of each test data for subsequent analysis and improvement.
