1、 Installation and Debugging

Equipment placement

Place the corrugated cardboard folding gluing machine on a level ground, ensuring that the power cord is securely connected, and adjust the equipment’s levelness using foot screws.

Component Connection

Connect the feeding tube and the discharging tube to the feeding groove and the discharging groove respectively, ensuring that the interface is firm. The other end of the paper feeding tube needs to be docked with the cardboard box machine.

Parameter adjustment

Adjust the position of the rollers and chains according to the size of the cardboard box to ensure alignment between the conveyor belt and the cardboard.

Use adjustment screws to align the upper and lower cover plates and allow them to open and close freely. Test and run to confirm the bonding effect.

2、 Operation process of Automatic carton box folding gluing machine

Start preparation

Turn on the power switch and wait for the voltmeter to display normally. Align the edge of the empty cardboard box and place it in the feeding slot, with the bottom placed inside the slot.

Automatic operation

The equipment automatically completes gluing, folding, and pressing, forming cardboard boxes and transporting them to the discharge chute.

The hourly output can reach 40000 cartons (depending on the model).

Exception handling

If there is a skewed paper feed, it is necessary to check the head fixation, guide clearance, and transmission components.

The problem of size can be solved by adjusting the folding rod or creasing the steel wire.

3、 Maintenance and safety

Daily cleaning

Regularly clean the adhesive residue on the rollers and chains to avoid affecting the bonding effect.

Protective measures

Operators need to wear protective equipment to ensure that the safety and protective devices of the equipment are effective.

Troubleshooting

Check the glue wheel or spray system when the glue amount is uneven.

Abnormal transmission requires tightening loose parts or replacing worn parts.
