The gap adjustment of the paper feeding wheel adopts an electric adjustment device to adapt to corrugated cardboard of different thicknesses. Communicate servo motors or motor-driven belts, chains, and other transmission components to achieve precise and stable cardboard conveying. PLC programmable controller coordinates and controls to ensure accurate paper feeding speed and length.

Positioning principle: By using photoelectric sensors or mechanical positioning devices, the position of the transported cardboard is detected and calibrated. When the cardboard reaches the nail box position, the positioning device precisely fixes the cardboard in the predetermined position, ensuring that the nails can be accurately nailed to the appropriate parts of the cardboard box, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the nail box.

Nailing principle: Using a motor or pneumatic power source, the motor drives the mechanical arm or punch to quickly press down, while the pneumatic drive drives the nails at the head of the nail box machine through the nail feeding device with high-pressure air source. Under the precise control of the control system, specially made metal nails or U-shaped nails are accurately driven into the preset position of the cardboard box according to the set parameters such as nail spacing and number of nails.

Counting and stacking principle: The automatic counting light eye automatically counts the finished products and records the output. After the count reaches the set quantity, the stacking output device will stack the stitched cardboard boxes in a certain way for subsequent handling and organization.
