Different from ordinary round paper core machines, this equipment adopts a customized integral square mandrel and synchronous pressure shaping technology. The exclusive molding structure ensures standard 90° right angles, flat tube surfaces and uniform wall thickness for finished square cores, with no corner warping or body distortion. Equipped with an intelligent constant tension control system, the machine keeps paper feeding stable during high-speed operation, avoiding loose winding and size deviation. Built with heavy-duty thick steel frame and anti-corrosion treatment, the whole machine features strong stability, low noise and 24-hour continuous working capacity, perfectly suitable for long-term industrial batch production.
Featuring intelligent and user-friendly operation, the machine is fitted with Mitsubishi PLC control system and HD touch screen panel. All core parameters including core length, winding layers, running speed and glue volume can be digitally adjusted and one-click saved for fast specification switching, realizing flexible production of diversified square paper cores. The built-in intelligent fault detection system automatically identifies paper breakage, glue blockage and equipment overload, with real-time alarms and protective shutdown to reduce failure rate and production loss. The frequency conversion speed regulation design greatly lowers power consumption, achieving energy-saving and efficient operation.
In terms of production quality, the adjustable uniform gluing system ensures even glue coating and firm lamination between paper layers, making finished paper cores high compression-resistant, tough and free of degumming. The high-precision alloy cutting unit delivers smooth, burr-free sections with a cutting tolerance within ±1.5mm, eliminating secondary trimming. The matched dust collection device ensures a clean workshop environment, meeting international environmental protection standards. This machine supports multiple raw materials such as kraft paper, recycled paper and coated paper, covering square core side lengths of 10–100mm and customizable lengths up to 2500mm.
