The inspection before using the industrial paper hardboard production line is indeed a crucial step in ensuring safety and efficiency. The entire process can be divided into six major preparations to ensure that equipment, materials, and the environment are in the best condition.

1、 Equipment status check

Glue system: Check the amount of glue in the slurry storage tank to ensure that the hose is unobstructed and not blocked.

Mechanical components: Check whether the synchronous belt, transmission shaft, air compressor, etc. are normal, and whether the oil quality is good.

Trial operation test: Start the paperboard production line host, manually adjust the pressure roller, corrugated roller, etc., and observe whether the instrument pointer runs normally.

2、 Material preparation

Raw paper inspection: Check whether the specifications and weight of the paper roll are consistent with the order, and inspect the flatness of the paper surface.

Adequate paper preparation: Ensure that at least two production materials of raw paper are prepared in advance.

3、 Safety and Environmental Confirmation

Safety device: Confirm that all emergency stop buttons and protective covers are functioning properly.
Workplace: Clean up debris on site, ensure smooth passage, and check if there is water accumulation in the compressed air filter.

4、 Parameter setting and calibration

Glue application width: Adjust the glue application width of the glue roller according to the width of the core paper to ensure alignment with the core paper.

Pressure and Temperature: Set and calibrate key parameters such as pressure roller pressure, corrugated roller temperature, and paste wheel temperature.

5、 Handover inspection (if applicable)

Early arrival: The successor should arrive at work 15 minutes in advance.

Detailed inquiry: Understand the operation status of the previous equipment, the status of processed products, and any remaining issues.

Written record: After both parties confirm that there are no errors, fill in the handover record.

6、 Final confirmation

Remove debris: Check each work roll to ensure that there are no hard objects sandwiched between the two rolls.

Lubrication inspection: Check whether the lubrication of the coupling, guide rail, screw rod, bearings, etc. is good.

Finally, it is important to wear safety protective Hardboard production line during inspection and avoid direct contact with high temperatures or moving parts. After completing all checks and confirming their accuracy, production can officially start.
