Semi-automatic flexo printer die cutter slotter machine Structure Composition:
1.Main Fram
Integrated thick steel welded frame with stress relief treatment to avoid vibration and deformation during operation, stabilizing printing precision long-term. Anti-rust coating adapts to humid and ink-stained workshop environment.
2.Manual Feeding Table
Manual feeding platform with adjustable positioning baffles to fit cardboard of different sizes, workers feed corrugated boards into printing area manually.
3.Inking System
Consists of ink tank, distributing rollers, transfer rubber rollers and printing cylinder. Water-based ink is stored in the ink tank; rotating rubber rollers spread ink evenly onto flexible printing plates. Ink thickness is adjustable to guarantee full, smooth printing without missing prints.
4.Printing & Impression Unit
The core printing part. Flexible rubber plate is mounted on printing cylinder, matched with impression roller. Cylinder pressure control realizes adjustable printing force for thin and thick corrugated boards, delivering clear patterns without smudging. Single-color, two-color and three-color configurations are optional.
5.Slotting & Scoring Assembly (integrated type)
Automatically finishes slotting, corner cutting and creasing after printing. Positions of cutting knives and scoring wheels are electrically adjustable, completing printing and slotting in one pass to save secondary processing.
6.Driving & Transmission System
Main motor equipped with reducer and chain gear transmission, controlled by variable frequency speed regulation to adjust printing speed freely. All transmission parts are equipped with safety shields.
7.Adjustment Mechanism
Horizontal & axial fine-tuning devices calibrate printing position to avoid offset printing; pressure handwheels control printing depth precisely.
8.Electric Control System
Independent control cabinet with start-stop buttons and speed control panel, equipped with emergency stop and overload protection, easy to operate for ordinary workers.
9.Discharging Table
Printed boards are conveyed out automatically for manual collection. Optional air fans dry water-based ink rapidly to prevent smudge and adhesion.
